I'm Not Supposed to Be Here
On June 25, 2020, the skoolie bus I was standing in overturned on a winding mountain road, tumbling down a 72 foot cliff before landing in water. In seconds I was shredded by screws ripped away from walls, stabbed by a butcher knife, and crushed under a refrigerator.
That accident taught me to make the most of a fleeting life, and to not take myself too seriously while doing it :) As a sustainable minimalist, I know how everyday decisions can affect the world and enact change, and I wanted my art to be part of it.
I lost ten years of art in a flood. I lost the rest of it in that accident. I've always known I was meant to do something greater with it...and quitting? Now there's a word I'm not familiar with.
Art is a universal language. By partnering with incredible charities, I tell stories on canvas that become beacons for hope: Stories to pass down, to laugh with, to cry over, and most importantly, to change the world.

What charities do you work with?
Each charity I partner with comes highly recommended and thoroughly vetted by members both in and out of the organization itself. So far, I tend to work with those who I can check on personally. Causes I focus on include sustainability, clean water, ending hunger, and providing much needed medical supplies to impoverish areas.
Is your work for sale?
Currently, only select pieces in partnership with charitable organizations are for sale, with profits going directly to that charity. To learn how to purchase a piece, I encourage you to join my newsletter to receive updates on where and when pieces become available.
How can be part of what you are doing for charity?
Putting my art out for the world to see is both the most exciting and terrifying thing I've ever done, Any and all support is appreciated. The fastest way to be part of any charity fundraisers my art may be involved with is to sign up for my email newsletter, follow me on social media, and spread the word! I will only reach out when an exciting new development has been made, and give specific insight on what pieces are for sale, which charities are benefitting, and how you can get involved.
Wait...Why isn't your work for sale? Don't you like money?
Yes, making money is an important part of continuing to make art, but making the earth a better place is even more important to me. Unfortunately there are few ways to sell a product that don't create unnecessary waste. I am in the process of trying to partner with specific distributors and art print providers that uphold my standard of sustainability, which means using eco-friendly inks, avoiding single use plastic, and ethical sourcing materials. This has restricted sales until responsible and ethical options become available. Stay tuned!
How else can I support you as an artist?
Support comes in all shapes and sizes! Despite this spiffy new site, I am very much a real person who doesn't take herself too seriously and is excited to share my work. Like any artist, my success thrives on people like you. Following me on social, engaging with my posts, signing up for my newsletter, and telling your friends and family all help increase the value of my work, which magnifies it's potential impact! Something as simple as engaging on social increases how much of my work is seen and how valuable it is at auction.

I am part of an incredible group of strategists and creatives at a marketing agency called Three Summers Creative. I've presented ideas in front of the United Nations and worked with brands such as Verizon, Walmart, and Computershare. In June of 2020, I was involved in a life-changing accident that almost ended my life: instead, it motivated me to finally share my art with the world. I work with ink and mixed media to create illustrations that mix abstract and realism. By partnering with incredible charities, my stories on canvas become beacons of hope.
